People usually say "... and Bob's Your Uncle" here in the UK. Its just a way of finishing an explanation that you can't find a legitimate way to finish. Nobody knows who Uncle Bob actually is though, we just say it. Sometimes we say "Bob's your uncle and Fanny's your aunt". Its not true though. My uncle is called Gerald, and my aunt is named Edie.
Similarly, Vicky Versey plays piano. Nobody knows who she is, but she appears, with her piano, every time an explaination culminates in the use of ".. and vice versa". Instead of saying ".. and vice versa" people just say "and Vicky Versey played piano".
I don't know why.
If you mis-spell piano, as I just did, you get a great new musical instrument, just waiting to be designed....
