freelancing is such a great way to learn. If you dont get paid for this site your should rip it down, however if your "friend" even thinks your gonna take it down, he may try to back it up, so watch out for that. worse comes to worst you can always take him to small claims court and battle it out there, you may not get as much as you originally asked for but you will definatly get something for sure. as far as your friend thats working there, dont let that stop you from paying the rent. nah mean?
