when you say 'work together'.. are you talking on physical production that requires you to be at the office in front of a computer?...
... if not - finding nuetral territory helps us. Hit a cool bookstore or get breakfast - or just go for coffee together and have a meeting over a muffin.
Do you guys spend much time together outside of the office?
That seems to help us too... the boss springs for a movie... stuff like that from time to time - where we can all just kick back as ourselves w/out our work.
... but in the office - make the effort to try and set up a meeting... bring in tear-sheets.. or inspiration to share w/everyone else... keep them going.
