... is there an ego thing involved here? (deal with that one all the time)...
... how long have you been working with these people? I've been with my studio now for four months... and we're all finaly getting used to each other - egos aside - and moral is up.
perhaps it just takes time...
perhaps people need to grow up...
... you can't change them - but you can stay positive yourself and just keep going.
