Let me explain you a little bit about the exercise idea; We have a somewhat elaborated recruiting process. We’ve seen your portfolio and we’ve selected you for this exercise that you can consider as stage2. We do this to allow all candidates to show their work based on the same briefing. The time frame and the elements of the exercise was delimited in this shape so that the candidates wouldn’t have too much time to think about it. We do the interviews after we’ve selected the artwork from this exercise. It’s our way to save time and stress to the candidates and to ourselves.
Having said this, if you need an extra day to send us your artwork, there is no problem.
