I hate to say it but that whole thing looks pretty dire. The text is illegible, the into animation is awful and everything that nairn said above is 100% accurate.
Plus I'd never heard of the first thing you mentioned in your post. That may have skewed my opinion or not, I really don't know.
One thing I do know, is that is neither fresh, nor creative.
On the other hand it is nearly Christmas, so i could only be messing around! ho ho ho!
