Im not aware of many people who download 'free' music for the 'thrill'
i could understand these lawsuits better if the students who 'upload and distribute' were getting paid insome way, my majority arn't.
i think artists should sway away from making majority of their money off CD's and more onto concerts/tours. if they adertised their music on the internet for free, more people could hear it.
besides, i'd rather buy a ticket and see a live preformance then buy a CD.
...just a thought/opinion
