    here's a good amazon story to counter emu's... I just got a package shipped and discovered I had stupidly ordered 2 pairs of those shoes with rollers in the soles for my niece. I went online, called up my order, clicked "return" and automatically printed out an rma and prepaid shipping label... all I have to do is stick it back in the box and give it to the mailman. AWESOME
