    I would start looking for a new job immediately if my boss cut my salary. I've carved off a sizable pound of flesh for our studio this year, plus I've got a wife and kid to consider. I'm not letting myself expect much of a bonus, nothing like last year anyway—but I sure hope I get a good raise. Yearly reviews are on Monday. Nothing I can do about it, it's in God's hands.
