  So Sylar would not be dead. Only immobilized. He'll be buried under the burnt ruble and all someone needs to do is remove the glass shard and he will heal. Wanna bet his 'corpse' gets sent to the morgue and when they do the autopsy, they'll remove the glass and bring him back.
