  why everytime I open it in photoshop its only one frame and when it opens in preview I can see all the frames?

  • Go to Window > Animation to open up the timeline.fyoucher1
  • Import>Video Frames to Layers> put a * in the file name box and hit load and all files will become available to open.JOSF
