hate to say this - but credit card transactions are pretty final - in that your credit card company WILL honour the payment to the other company.
You'll need to file a dispute claim and it all gets very messy. Do call the credit card company but don't be surprised if they just tell you they'll investigate it but don't exactly leap to your defence!!
