  Na, i open it up in pshop and only get the first frame.
  I googled it and they said...

  "Change the animated GIF file you want to open into .MOV file. Therefore the Import Video Frames to Layers function will recognize it as a video file and will open it as animated sequence."

  That is bullsquit though. I didn't work. Maybe it's just this file.
