  Hmmm..the problem with in-ear headphones is that you can't try them on before purchasing them. It's gross, I know, but I've wasted money on more than one occasion because the size is too large for my ears. I'm debating about just getting the new Apple earphones (not the in-ear ones) because I have realized that I will probably never find any in-ear ones that fit correctly. And the sad part is that it seems like in-ear is getting quite popular now. (I have also tried the large headphones and they are too big and uncomfortable around my ears).
