Plague Dogs,
One of my favourites but I can never talk to anyone about it as nobody has ever seen it. It's from 1982, by the makers of Watership Down. It's told from the point of view of 2 dogs escaping from an animal research centre. It's not an animation for kids though, I would've hated it when I was younger, very pessimistic, harrowing and would've depressed the hell out of me.
The kid who's done this trailer has put an annoying tune on it, you don't get to hear the dogs northern accents.
