    Mike,

    An A4 letterhead folds into 3. If on the reverse side of the top third of my letterhead, I printed STUDIOSPOOKY, but flipped along the horizontal axis so that it was upside down but right reading, and then, on the letter side of the sheet, I spot varnished the logo registered exactly with the size and position on the back and then picked out boo in a suitbale spot colour... then that would be a way to do your boo idea.

    Thought of that today.
