    Saturday my chef day and looking forward to it. It involves pretending on a massive scale. I pretend the hangar steak is a filet for instance and the scallops are pulled from the muck ten fathoms under the dock, and the bread is made by my hand.
    Warm anything in a pan and it smells good. Plus, I drink wine as I go along like the best of them.
