    I rule out /html/css/ as development. At my work its the designers role to provide the markup spec and css frameworks to the developer to be turned out into the mvc framework of his choosing. Just curious how deep the designers out there get into that kinda stuff. For the record i work at a very small company.

    • Agreed. This is fairly common.
      Development involves backend logic, db, etc. Design tends now to involve the CSS/XHTML.
