  to be honest, most of the guys I see who claim to do both design and development, fall short on at least oneif not both counts. That, as said, doesn't count CSS, but is more about PHP/ASP, Javascript, AS (I suppose to a lesser extent), and general knowledge of languages and ability to learn and pick up new ones. Either they have good design skills and don't really touch the code stuff very deeply, or the design just isn't up to scratch in the details and is usually more an enhanced version of that 'developer look' we all are aware of.

  • i jsut had wrtten a long response to this, but then realised that your missing out CSSStugoo
  • CSS isn't developing though, its 'just' styling HTML. Evidenced by a lot of brilliant developers not giving enough of a shit about itkelpie
