Click the blue Inspector button on the top menu bar.
Click the the third icon on the inspector which looks like a text wrap icon.
With the object/image selected, choose 'Object causes wrap' and choose the type of wrap you'd like.oh .. one more thing. Pages isn't fantastic at layout, I'd stick with Indesign.... but I'm sure you know that already ;-)
