  Don't know if it helps, but I used to work for a uk agency called DNA, and about 5 years ago they made a few redundancies and dishes out pay cuts, move forward a few years and razorfish bought them and most of the people who stuck about are about to get their earn out next week. Looking at mds pocketing 5-6 million and everyone else 100's of k. I'd always look at the potential personally.
