A couple times...with a company in Miami that has since gone out of business because of a fatal crash that killed the pilot, instructor, student & cameraman....apparently the plane went into such a spin...then couldn't get out...even though they had chutes on.
oddly enough this had the opposite effect that it should have had...I'm close to getting my private license.....to fly...not skydive of course
