There are free DNS servers out there. Just search for them on google. Their QoS is not all that great, but setting up two or more should do the trick. The information will slowely propagate to other servers.
Mailserver is propably something you want to pay for. At least if there is any kind of mail trafic expected. If you got only the webmaster account you might want to try one of the free mail forwarding services available.
