Single people are just selfish, and bumble around being lonely and miserable wasting time to distract themselves from their lonely beds, doing things like watching sport, or going out drinking in big groups and all cheering for something or other, playing video games for hours, and just - you know, really exploring myself, creatively, as the clock ticks by to the inexorable feeling that everyone in the world is now too busy for your 'playtime' hobbies, or visiting this and that exhibition, or just - you know, hanging out like we used to, doin shit - I mean, you get to a certain age and it's like all your friends just fuck off and text you every few days... I should be with her/him right now - why do I always do this to myself, I'm going to have another drink now. Maybe surf teh interweb, even though I'm at least 10 years too old to use that term, even post-ironically.
