man, there are no waves on the south coasts of spain, its the mediterranean sea...
(correct me if I am wrong, but I dont know any spot in the mediterranean, where you can surf)
...better go to the north coasts of spain, there you can surf. San Sebastian is cool with surf-schools and stuff, and right behind the border to france, biarritz, great surf zone, there.
