zenmasterfoo - Similar situation to me, it's a friends boss, been nice as pie to each other for the past 5 months till I started to smell BS with the reasons why I wasn't getting paid. I watched as deadline after deadline past with excuse after excuse. I've got all the documentation I need, her agreeing to the work, agreeing to the price, signing it off, saying how happy she is with it all, saying it will be paid as soon as possible (over and over again), I've even got one where she says she'll pay me out of her own pocket so I reckon I'm in pretty good shape to go to court.
