It looks like a fairly crap thing called Shade7 that I got bundled with Poser5.0 a few years back. I tried to use it once, the promise spending a day working on complex three dimensional mathematical matrices in order to render a fully shaded 3d cube that looked vaguely plausible, was overwhelming.
In the end though I had to accept that it would be easier to just draw it in Illustrator so i have never opened it since.
