Currently, I also have a:
- mushroom-soaked cloth wrapped tallegio
- 4 year stilton
- 2 year raw cheddar
- seal cove cheddar
- a havarti (dill, i think)
and
- 2 pounds of parmegiano reggianoin my refrigerator. along with assortments of chevré and basic american-style cheddars too.
- note: i fucking love cheese. almost as much as i love cured pork products.madirish
