  so far all good advice guys .. and it's being looked at from different perspectives, which I really like .. Keep it coming ..

  Kona was making a really good point .. and nicole_marie also gave me stuff to think about .. obviously I already considered the long run .. but I'm quite an impulsive person .. and not afraid to go into unexplored territory..

  anyways .. more advice or experience / opinion is always welcome!
