yeh, of course go out and at least hear what other agencies have to offer...especially well-known ones. Easiest way up the ladder is to move around. Don't let the current agency hold you back. The whole 'you-can-learn-alot-here-but-we... method of thought that a lot of small agencies give only lasts sooo long.
