    Well, they are getting bigger, which is why they need a rebrand... they have about 15 to 20 employees and about another 5 or so who are part time... ive been doing stuff for them for years, so i dont want to ditch them...

    the magazines where they put their ads are not super mainstream, and they just did their first ever video ad on a crappy schedule on tv just recently... so yeah im guessing all this costs money but they get clients for it, branding doesnt get you clients directly its more subtle... anyways, maybe they have the money but they dont want to pay ... i dont know, all i know is they asked me because other agencies were too expensive...
