well, i think it's pretty good. I think you have to make far more of your work. It's very good.
Perhaps replace your train track picture with close ups of your work in each section.
Don't bother with the pop up. I can't see why you've done that.
On the buttons, i'd make the whole pink bit link not just the word.
If your Redefinig Web Design (I thought you did mainly posters actually) i think you should make more effort to use Flash,, address usability issues and that. You know some bells and whistles to show you can control the medium. Nothing crazy. These uys are massive but they do that quite nicely http://www.oyster.com
