this looks a lot better then the one from yesterday.
I think you should try to layout out each page in photoshop before coding it. It will help you identify what information you need to put on your site as well as where to place them.
Hopefully that will help you with your site redesign.
Not sure if you should put the price on the about us section. I know your tagline is Efficient Websites .::. Affordable Prices, but people might hold you on that price, especially if you don't specify the exact type of site that cost $300. For example a $300 html site could mean a 2 page site or a 20+ page site? You need to clarify your cost so that you won't get fucked in the end.
I think you should give a more detailed price list in the services area so that your clients will know what to expect and not get mislead.
