if you care, you could reduce the filesizes of almost every image on the page, like drastically. half the images on your startpage are half a megabyte while being displayed as large thumbnails only. it´s a waste of bandwidth, users with slow connection won´t enjoy the visit.
- and some might just close the site if it's taking too longdoesnotexist
