"on the actual subject though, i've never been a fan of big govt, but on larry king m. moore proposed having the government mandate the 'type' of cars these automakers were manufacturing (ie. feul efficient, small, etc.), on the argument that their poor choices in the past has got them where they are. i think this is a good decision. and more importantly, it let's thousands in that industry keep their jobs."
It also completely undermines free market capitalism. That is a sacrifice I am not willing to make.
