in reality its not their fault!
sheeple put DJs on pedestals, blame them, not the dj. The guy is just there playing music, and to be honest I actually can care else about "mixing skills" or "beatmatching" it all comes down to the music selection, if he is playing the same tracks I like to listen to at home, then I'm going to like it, even if he is not mixing tracks, he could be playing music w 1 turntable for all I care (or ipod/cdj, etc)If he is going to start playing tracks I don't like, he could be doing backflips while "mixing" but I will probably finish my beer and won't return to that bar.
I actually had a pretty cool bar near my house destroyed by some douche that wont stop playing these horrid thing called "mashups" wich is basically ruining a track that you like, and a track you don't at the same time.
I stopped going to that bar. No I go to one where there is a pool table and I get to pick music on a machine
