There are a ton of world class places here. My advice would be to step up your website and reel a few notches and then contact them directly through email on their websites. It might help to be more specific as well. Promo, commercial, vfx, movie/docs, network, music video, tv shows, network inhouse??? Check listings from the post publications (POST, Creat-ivity, etc). Are you ready to start talking to places like TheMill, MassMarket, Curious, RadicalMedia, Bionic, NorthernLights, CreativeBubble? The list is huge and things are competitive right now. I'm not sure who's hiring right now, but most places want to work with you on a freelance basis first.
