In the meantime can one of you programming heads answer this:
Can the site be built via Wordpress or Joomla, etc. in a way that doesn't require an entirely custom background application for updating content? e.g., they need to be able to just log in and type something up without any < br > arcanery. No Flash at this point, just HTML or CSS or whatever.
I need to reply to someone at the church who asked about that very thing, and want to make sure I'm writing a check that my ass can cash.
