    1) The mix is weird: the vocals are too low and it's like they tried to cover up mediocre playing by layering the hell out of it.

    2) That is some straight-up shitty songwriting. Parts that simply go nowhere so they are simply met with a different riff. How you can spend your entire adult life in the music business and can't write a song is beyond me.

    Here's the deal: I wanted to like it. I did not expect it to be Appetite Part II (Axl's 40, not 20). But it's just another piece of shit, soaked in money and pumped to the masses. Fuck Axl. Fuck Rolling Stone. And fuck the mainstream market peddling this tepid jar of piss.
