  I've been on hold for more than 1.5 hours now. On speakerphone. Either my school has forgotten about me, or they are very busy (it's the day after the semester fees had to be in). It doesn't matter anymore. I can't stand the damn "hold music". *sigh* guess I will have to go in and speak to a person. At least that way I have a visual gauge (also "gage"...I have no idea which one is proper) of how long I may have to wait. Another reason I hate phones.
