No, its the sample-pad one i got.
(on the right below the ones with knobs n sliders).The one with knobs and sliders is pretty sweet too, looks n feels decent enough. Again, 4 banks of what-you-see.
The keyboard one is hardly like "playing an ACTUAL musical keyboard" but it certainly IS better than playing letter-keys on your laptops keyboard as a music keyboard!
This one also feels a little more fragile than the others.
I doubt you'd use the keyboard one in a studio, but it would be good for composing al-fresco or on the train etc.Build quality of the pads one is great, cant really flaw it, the pads are pressure sensitive. No complaints really.
Definitely worth the money anyway, and if it did f*ckup then im not going to cry at having to buy a new one.Think you can chain a load of them together too - so room for expansion if you need it.
