Part of the reason I got interested in ffffound in the first place was thanks to this article: http://www.underconsideration.co…

I've looked into weheartit.com as an alternative and it works okay, but part of what is interesting to me about ffffound is the quotation aspect (i.e. a very diplomatic treatment of collecting source materials) and the random generated selection of comparison images. Overall, I also think the tagging of images is done with more curatorial prowess than on weheartit (but that might be part of the aspect that is keeping me from being able to use it as an invited member, right?).

Hence, my offer of barter for an invite still stands (barter specifically for cookies, books, toast caddies, etc.) if anyone has a spare (albeit lonely) invitation.
