One friend of mine came close to spending an evening with Zia McCabe from the Dandy Warhols. He played the same stage at a festival, they hung out for hours, she took him to the after party in their tour van. All was going well until about 2 in the morning, she turned to him, came right in close, and said “wait right here”.
I think he stood there for about 2 hours. So maybe he was never that close after all.
