  every great agency needs a technical lead to mitigate between traditional thoughts and the way the web really works. i think this position is always over looked. then again, most agencies aren't "great".

  • I completely agree. Our "tech lead" is a guy that BS'd his way into the job and is only good for scheduling pointless meetings.thedesignloft
