i agree with above 2 posts. AD could have show more professionalism as well. i mean i see where RD is coming. we've all been through the same bs more than once. but that phone call is your 20 sec selling point. unfortunately it was in the details of this conversation that he blew his chances. i hope other places will give him a shot to let his work speak for itself regardless of a whack phone convo
