  well, to start, the photo doesn't help much, you need to get more contrast with that, maybe a posterization to see how it would look with 3 colors or more, but dunno if you can improve for a better result with what you did yet,
  watch the glasses, they look like hand-scisor cut from a plastic bottle.

  I'd still recommend you to get a better photo, it seems that the flash distorts her face appearance.
