    they work 9 to 10 hrs a day there
    and eat lunch while working

    I was basing the 40 hrs on working 40 hrs
    and if i took a lunch it would be unpaid on top of that

    this is making me so tired – i hate negotiating

      Know your value and stick to it.
      The RGD salary survey is a decent ref for Ontario, at least – but take it with a grain of salt.
