  So if you've a fulltime on say £20k per year

  and you freelance on less than £4,700 per year

  You've got to declare your freelance earnings even its under the threshold?

  • Yes, they tax the person not the status of the income. We'd all be chopping our income up to 4k lumps otherwise.SkyPoo
