Layout is worse than the 2 previous revisions/redesigns. There are less emails on a single page at a time. Font usage is bad. Overall colour now makes hotmail look like an average, generic webmail client.
Previously had the one search at the top where, at one click you could search mail/web/etc. Now they've split that up with the 'search mail' bar over on the far side. Why?
Other small features, e.g. the little 'empty junk' icon has been trashed (no pun intended) and instead you can't empty without having to go in to the junk folder first. The list goes on...
