Very nice. Victorian Terrace, Sharing with a cool couple and a girl. Wooden floors in living room/dinning room, big kitchen newly decked - dishwasher, washing machine. Garden with furniture and a heater like you get in the pubs! Double bed in a medium sized room. Only downside is the shiter is down through the kitchen - but I can live with that. Oh and it's 5 minutes stroll along the river to the pub, and the guys are friends with the landlord. ;)
